GSM Cellular intercoms have been around for quite some time. They enable you to answer your intercom call from anywhere in the world on your smartphone or a landline.

They operate using a (CELL NETWORK) sim card and this can be 2G, 3G or 4G sim card. Sim card can be provided with intercom.

So, if you are thinking of siting the intercom in an area with no or poor network you will have difficulties communication with it.

Installation is quite simple, provide power, fix in place, and if required make a connection between gate or door.

Typically, they are 2-way audio intercoms as video intercom communication uses up a lot more data.

As you can see in the picture. An AES Intercom, the keypad below the central call button can be used to open a gate or door by entering the correct code.

AES have a FREE APP called AES LITE for control of their CellCom Lite intercoms.

Outputs for enabling controlling doors or gate access.

Status of the intercom can be checked by sending the intercom an SMS.
